Stakeholder governance
OYNK Ltd and Swynx Ltd · Effective for both companies from 15 September 2026
Purpose and scope
We consider the people and environment affected by our decisions. This procedure applies to OYNK Ltd (company number 15844748) and Swynx Ltd (company number 17021186), which are separately owned by Ashley Gallagher. Ashley Gallagher is Director of both companies and is accountable for this procedure.
OYNK is operated by its owner working remotely. Swynx has never traded and will apply this procedure before and when it begins operating. Historical customer work and impact activities carried out by OYNK remain attributed to OYNK.
Whose interests we consider
Customers and end users: We seek input during project scoping, handover and support, including accessibility feedback. We consider exclusion, privacy, misleading information and disruption to services.
Suppliers and their workers: We review relevant supplier disclosures and raise material questions when assessing purchases and renewals. We consider working conditions and the effects of our purchasing terms.
People working in the business: Our current working arrangements centre on the owner. We consider workload, wellbeing and safe remote working. We will introduce direct consultation if employees or contractors join.
Owners and investors: We consider financial resilience and the interests of company members, alongside the effects of decisions on other stakeholders. We keep ownership information and company responsibilities clear.
Communities: We consider the communities affected by our services and supply chain. We seek relevant input through customer projects, community contacts and accessible public contact routes.
The environment: We consider energy and resource use, equipment life and supplier impacts. We use credible environmental evidence and relevant expert input to represent environmental interests in decisions.
How stakeholder input affects decisions
For significant projects, purchases, product changes and business strategy, the Director considers who may be affected and seeks proportionate input before deciding. We prioritise the severity and likelihood of impacts, vulnerability and dependence on a service, rather than purchasing power alone.
Our procedure requires a dated record of the decision, affected stakeholders, feedback and evidence considered, alternatives, trade-offs, chosen action and follow-up. The record identifies which company is responsible and explains how stakeholder input influenced the outcome.
The Director reviews the stakeholder map and unresolved actions at least annually.
Raising a concern
Anyone affected by our activities can raise a concern through our stakeholder grievance procedure.
