Founder
Ashley founded OYNK in July 2024, and writes the code. His background spans web design, engineering and digital strategy, and he leads the technical direction — including the tools we build for ourselves and run on our own work. If you book a discovery call, it is with him, and he is the one who will build the thing you talk about.
Head of Marketing
Paulina runs marketing at OYNK. She works on how the studio is presented and how the work gets in front of the people it is for, and she is across projects from scoping through to launch rather than only at the end of them.
Head of Sales
James heads up sales. He is usually the first person you speak to, and he stays on the project through scoping so that what gets quoted and what gets built are the same thing.

Ashley is on it the whole way through. That is the whole reason we stay this size.
Small is a decision, not a stage.
Plenty of agencies grow by adding a layer between the client and the work. It is the obvious way to take on more projects, and it is why so many builds arrive looking nothing like the conversation that started them.
We would rather stay the size where that cannot happen. It means we say no to work sometimes, and it means the answer to "who actually built this?" is a name rather than a department.
It also means we are the ones supporting it afterwards. When something breaks at three in the morning, the person who fixes it is the person who wrote it — which changes what you are willing to put in a codebase in the first place.
