We collect almost nothing.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There are no advertising cookies and no ad-tech trackers. Two scripts do come from other companies — the carbon badge and the booking calendar — and both are described below.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics service on our own infrastructure that records page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It cannot follow you to other websites because it never learns who you are.

The two exceptions

The carbon badge in the footer is served by EcoPigs. It measures what this page costs to load — how long it was open, how far you scrolled, how many times you interacted with it — and keeps one marker in your browser so it can tell a first visit from a return. It sets no cookies and never sees what you type. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control it does none of it.

Our booking calendar is provided by Cal. Loading it fetches code from their servers, and at that point their privacy policy applies as well as ours.

That is why the calendar does not load on its own. Nothing of theirs runs unless you press the button asking for it, and there is a plain link to open it in a new tab instead.

If you get in touch

If you email, call or book a call, we keep what you send us for as long as we are talking and for as long afterwards as the law requires for business records. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@oynk.co.uk and we will do it.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
