We collect almost nothing.
This site sets no advertising cookies. Two scripts come from elsewhere and both are named below.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. Without your consent, the only thing this site records is a count: when someone books a call, sends the enquiry form, or taps our email address or phone number, the page they were on and the page before it. No cookies, nothing stored in your browser, nothing you type and nothing about you. There are no advertising cookies and no ad-tech trackers.
If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages you read and how you got here. If you decline, or ignore the banner, none of it loads. The cookie page sets out both cases in full.
What comes from somewhere else
The carbon badge in the footer is served by EcoPigs. It measures what this page costs to load — how long it was open, how far you scrolled, how many times you interacted with it — and keeps one marker in your browser so it can tell a first visit from a return. It sets no cookies and never sees what you type. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control it does none of it.
Our booking calendar is provided by Cal. Loading it fetches code from their servers, and at that point their privacy policy applies as well as ours.
That is why the calendar does not load on its own. Nothing of theirs runs unless you press the button asking for it, and there is a plain link to open it in a new tab instead.
If you get in touch
If you email, call, book a call or use the enquiry form, we keep what you send us for as long as we are talking and for as long afterwards as the law requires for business records. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list you did not ask for.
The enquiry form reaches us as an email, sent through Resend, the service that delivers our email.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@oynk.co.uk and we will do it.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
