Our shared commitments
Our public purpose and the policies listed below apply to OYNK Ltd (company number 15844748) and Swynx Ltd (company number 17021186). The companies are separately owned by Ashley Gallagher, who is Director of both and accountable for these commitments.
Both companies adopted the shared policies effective 15 September 2026. Swynx has never traded and will apply the procedures before and when it begins operating. Projects, customer work, talks and impact results delivered by OYNK are attributed to OYNK.
The shared commitments cover our public purpose, stakeholder governance, stakeholder grievances, responsible procurement, climate action, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, and responsible lobbying.
Our public purpose

Our purpose is to reduce the environmental burden of digital services and make useful digital products accessible to more people. We pursue this through efficient websites and software, accessible design, and practical tools that help organisations understand and reduce digital waste.
How the purpose guides our work
We integrate this purpose into project scoping, design, development, purchasing and ongoing support. We favour maintainable software, proportionate data and compute use, and accessible customer journeys. We explain the limitations of environmental estimates and avoid unsupported claims about savings or compliance.
Before accepting or materially changing a project, the Director considers its intended benefit, potential harm, accessibility needs and resource demands. Where commercial priorities conflict with our purpose, the decision and reasons are recorded.
Responsibility and accountability
OYNK is operated by one person working remotely. The Director owns this purpose, reviews delivery at least annually, and records actions arising from stakeholder feedback. The stakeholder decision record supports significant decisions.
This statement is made publicly available on OYNK’s website. The approval below records the decision of the company’s highest governing body.

OYNK is founded and led by someone who is autistic and ADHD. That shapes everything — how we work, who we hire, and what we build.
