Declaration: OYNK does not lobby
OYNK Ltd does not undertake lobbying, either directly or through trade associations or other intermediaries, and makes no political contributions.
If that changes, the policy below applies before any lobbying activity begins, and this declaration will be updated.
Policy
Any lobbying undertaken by or on behalf of OYNK must aim to contribute positively to society or the environment and must be grounded in reliable or scientific evidence. This policy covers direct activity and activity through intermediaries.
Standards and controls
We prohibit bribery, corruption, improper inducements and misleading representations. We do not make financial or in-kind political contributions from company resources.
The Director reviews proposed lobbying, policy positions and intermediary memberships before approval, considering purpose, evidence, conflicts of interest and potential harm. Relevant payments, positions and activity are recorded.
Where an association or other intermediary represents OYNK, the Director checks that its relevant positions and practices are consistent with this policy. Misalignment is challenged and monitored; OYNK will end support for activity that cannot be brought into line.
Accountability
The Director is accountable for enforcement, communicates this policy to anyone acting for OYNK, and reviews the activity record and compliance at least annually. Concerns are investigated and corrective actions recorded. The highest governing body approves and reviews the policy annually and after any material change.

Approval and review
Approved by the Director of OYNK Ltd, the company’s highest governing body, on 15 September 2026. Effective from 15 September 2026. Next annual review due by 15 September 2027.
