This policy applies to OYNK Ltd (15844748) and Swynx Ltd (17021186). Ashley Gallagher, Director of both companies, approved the shared scope effective 15 September 2026 and is accountable for implementation in each company. Swynx has never traded and will apply the procedure before and when it begins operating. Historical activities and results remain attributed to the company that carried them out.

Scope

OYNK is committed to fair treatment, accessible digital services and reducing barriers to participation. This commitment applies to our policies and practices across operations, customers and community, including clients, end users, suppliers and anyone working with the business. OYNK Ltd is currently operated by one person working remotely. Swynx has never traded.

Our commitments

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or retaliation. We aim to remove avoidable barriers in our communications, purchasing, service design and working relationships, and consider the needs of people who may otherwise be excluded.

We use plain language, accessible formats and respectful representation. We do not assume that a person’s needs or abilities follow from their identity. We welcome requests for communication adjustments.

We consider accessibility during scoping, development and review. We distinguish automated checks from a complete accessibility assessment and record limitations rather than describing an automated pass as proof of full conformance. Our accessibility statement shows how that applies to this website. OYNK’s accessibility work and audit results are supporting activity for this commitment; an automated score is not a claim of full WCAG conformance.

Action and responsibility

The Director, as the highest governing body, is accountable for this commitment and reviews it annually. We publish it on our website and apply it through our policies and practices.

Our selected Year 0 action is JEDI2.a, this public commitment. We retain the approved statement, its publication URL and date, and records of relevant policy reviews and improvements.

Concerns may be raised through the published stakeholder grievance procedure without fear of retaliation. We review feedback and record improvements.
