Why are you more expensive than my current WordPress company?

I can get a website for £500 on Fiverr. Why would I pay £5,000?

Why do I need a monthly package? Can’t I just pay for the build?
You can. We’ll build your site, hand it over, and you’re free to manage it yourself. But a website isn’t a one-and-done project. Search algorithms change. Competitors update their sites. Security vulnerabilities get discovered. Performance degrades over time without monitoring.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Yes. You can move between tiers at the start of any billing cycle. Most clients start on Essential and move to Growth once they see the value of the reporting and SEO tracking. There’s no penalty for changing.
Do I own the website you build?
Yes, completely. The code, the design, the content — it’s all yours. If you decide to leave, we hand over everything. No lock-in, no proprietary CMS you can’t take with you, no “we built it on our platform so you’re stuck.” It’s your site. We just look after it.
How long does a build take?
It depends entirely on the project. Some sites can be turned around in days if the content is ready and the scope is straightforward. Others take 6+ weeks if there’s significant content creation, brand work, or structural changes needed.
The timeline is driven by what our initial PEER review uncovers — how much existing content can be carried over, what needs rewriting, what’s missing entirely, and how complex the site structure is. We’ll give you an honest timeline before we start, not a generic estimate. Every project is different.
What if I already have a website I’m happy with — can I just get the monthly management?
