Our Impact

How We Do Business

We track how we do across five areas: how we run things, our people, our community, the planet, and our clients. Not because a rule book says so. Because it matters.

A neurodivergent-led consultancy

OYNK is founded and led by someone who is autistic and ADHD. That shapes everything — how we work, who we hire, and what we build.

Great talent does not come in one shape. Some of the best coders, makers, and thinkers work in their own way. We built a workplace where that is normal, not just allowed.

Inclusion isn't a policy here. It's the foundation.

Governance

How we run the business

  • Founder-led with open, clear choices
  • Every green or social claim is backed by proof you can check
  • No offsets, no spin — real cuts only
  • Money choices weighed against social and green impact

Workers

How we treat people

  • Fair pay above the norm as standard, not a bonus
  • Flexible, remote-first work shaped around people, not rules
  • Led by a founder who thinks in a different way — so we get it
  • We hire from all walks of life and all skill sets

Community

How we contribute

  • Friend of Cafe Track — helping autistic people build skills and find work
  • Free or low-cost work for groups that do social good
  • We share what we learn through guides, reports, and free tools
  • Playing an active part in the green digital space

Environment

How we build

  • Pages under 200KB on average — the UK norm is 4MB
  • Hosting checked and approved by the Green Web Foundation
  • Server reply time under 1 second as a firm rule
  • No extra scripts, trackers, or bloat that slows things down

Customers

How we serve

  • WCAG 2.2 AAA access standards met on every page
  • Privacy-first stats with no ad tracking cookies
  • No dark patterns or tricks that push users the wrong way
  • Clear prices and honest project plans from the start

Cafe Track

We are proud to be a Friend of Cafe Track — a cafe that helps autistic people grow in confidence, learn real work skills, and feel at home in a job.

Their mission matters to us on a personal level. Helping people find good work — especially those who often get passed over — is something every business should care about.
